Listings must comply with applicable laws and accurate disclosures under RERA.
You grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display your content (e.g., photos, descriptions) on the Platform.
We may remove content at our discretion without notice.
5. Fees and Payments
Free basic listings; premium features may cost which be notified.
All fees are non-refundable except as required by law.
We use third-party processors; you agree to their terms.
6. Disclaimers and Limitations
Services are provided “as is” without warranties of accuracy, completeness, or fitness for purpose.
We do not endorse listings, agents, or properties. Real estate involves risks—conduct due diligence, inspections, and legal checks.
Liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law. We are not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, or transaction failures.
7. Intellectual Property
The Platform’s design, logos, and content are our property or licensed to us. Do not copy or use without permission.
User content rights remain with you, subject to our license above.
8. Termination
We may terminate or suspend access anytime for violations, with or without notice.
Upon termination, your right to use the Services ends; accrued obligations survive.
9. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of Mumbai high court jurisdiction, excluding conflict rules.
Disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Mumbai.
